DELICA PREMIUM HOTEL, Hanoi – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a large bed and full ensuite bathroom, but guests may find the lengthy proposals for complementary trips a bit overwhelming. The room lacks a view, which could be a drawback. The location is superb, close to various dining options and attractions, while the service is friendly and accommodating. The dining experience is varied and suitable for different preferences. Overall, a convenient choice with some minor drawbacks.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were attractive, very clean, and comfortable with lots of amenities that all worked well. The only downside was the absence of a bathtub and a view from the room.

The hotel had misleading information aiming to increase income from transportation and tour services, making it more expensive. The rooms, despite lacking a real view and being noisy with a layout from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom, were spacious. The service was efficient, providing helpful information about late-night food options, although mainly focused on promoting tours. The location was convenient, situated in the heart of the Old Quarter, perfect for exploring by foot. The dining experience offered a nice selection of European and Vietnamese food, including delicious homemade products. The facilities were well-organized, offering services such as room service, car hire, laundry, and more.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a small balcony, conveniently located for our trip to Halong Bay. The rooms were not well-kept and lacked windows, but the location made up for it.
